About me
Federica Grazia Bartolini
Entrepreneur · Executive Advisor · Author
I spent years chasing the best version of everything: the best job, the best career, the best life. Then I realized “best” is relative. And that the right question isn’t “how do I do more?”, but “how do I do better, staying true to myself while everything changes?”.
Today it’s the thread that ties together everything I do: studying change, building it, telling it. Three ways of exploring the same question — how we stay ourselves while AI and transformation reshape work, companies and relationships.
The journey
I come from fifteen years in Fortune 500 and multinational companies, where I led corporate communications across more than 35 countries in EMEA — from Indesit to Whirlpool, up to Beko Europe as Head of Corporate Communications.
I created the Golden Bridge® Method to help CEOs, C-level executives and teams navigate AI and transformation while valuing both innovation and people: post-merger integrations, change management, cultural evolution, artificial intelligence governance.
I hold a degree in Business Economics and Management from Università Cattolica in Milan. Today I’m an entrepreneur and the founder of Quartierino, a new way to live the city and its relationships.
I’m the author of the essay “Governing the Impact of AI in Business” (Franco Angeli, 2026) and my first novel is on its way. Member of FERPI (Italian Federation of Public Relations).
I like bringing order to difficult things, making possible what seems impossible, and moving through change in a way that turns it into something good. Maybe because I’ve lived some of those changes myself — and I feel other people’s as if they were my own.
