Work and society

Work is never only work. It carries social expectations, models of success, caring responsibilities and unwritten rules that do not weigh on everyone equally. In this section I write about equality, motherhood, reputation and women in leadership without slogans or token affiliations. I start from what I experience and observe, then look for evidence and research that can place it in context. I want to understand which conditions allow people — and women in particular — to grow, lead and choose without sacrificing entire parts of their lives.
