About me

I spent years chasing the best version of everything: the best job, the best career, the best life. Then I realized “best” is relative. And that the right question isn’t “how do I do more?”, but “how do I do better, staying true to myself while everything changes?”.

Today it’s the thread that ties together everything I do: studying change, building it, telling it. Three ways of exploring the same question — how we stay ourselves while AI and transformation reshape work, companies and relationships.

My journey

For fifteen years, I worked at Indesit Company, Whirlpool Corporation, and Beko Europe, leading corporate communications across more than 35 EMEA countries. My work spanned reputation, internal communications, leadership, and change, including three cultural integrations from within.

Today I am the founder of FGB Communications ↗, a corporate communications agency. I lead the strategic direction of every engagement and, when needed, assemble the senior team best suited to the project.

I created the Golden Bridge® Method and wrote “Governing the Impact of AI in Business” (FrancoAngeli, 2026), a practical guide to the relationship between organizations, people, and artificial intelligence.

I bring these themes to stages and universities. In parallel, I am building Quartierino, an entrepreneurial project designed to turn proximity into meaningful relationships.

I am completing my first novel. I hold a degree in Business Economics and Management from Università Cattolica in Milan and am a member of FERPI — the Italian Federation of Public Relations.

I like bringing order to difficult things, making possible what seems impossible, and moving through change in a way that turns it into something good. Maybe because I’ve lived some of those changes myself — and I feel other people’s as if they were my own.
